If Kidz Therapy Zone is not a provider under your insurance plan, all charges for therapy are the responsibility of the child’s parent or caregiver and are due at the time of service. If your insurance rate is too high or you do not have insurance, we also have private pay rates.
As a courtesy, our team will verify coverage and submit insurance claims on your behalf. If your insurance company does not cover the claim within 60 days of the submission, the insured individual will be responsible for any amount(s) outstanding. In the event insurance covers the claim after payment has been collected from the insured individual, a check or credit will be applied to the account for that amount.
A detailed billing receipt will be provided after each session for that claim with all the necessary information needed to submit to insurance in the event of the plan being out-of-network and/or upon request. For questions related to bills or insurance, please contact us.
